IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
February 15, 2020 will be the LAST DAY of ENTRANCE EXAMINATION for Grade 7 admission applicants, 8 a.m. to 11 a. m.
To those who already PASSED the ENTRANCE EXAM and INTERVIEW, the PRE-ENROLLMENT will be on MARCH 28, 2020, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.

Announcement: To all incoming Grade Seven entrance test passers, please be informed that we will have a one-day pre-enrollment on March 23, 2019 (Saturday). First come, first served basis. Kindly bring Php5,000.00 as a reservation fee and all your lacking credentials upon enrollment. Thank you.

Entrance Test Schedule for Grade Seven and High School Newcomers for S. Y. 2015 – 2016
Entrance Test Schedule will be every Saturday of the month starting January 10, 2015, 8:00 am to 12:00 nn. Testing fee is P100.00 to be paid in Treasurer’s Office then proceed to Guidance Center.
Requirements:
Photocopy of Report Card (latest Grading Period)
*Other requirements like two photocopies of NSO birth certificate, baptismal certification, Good Moral Certification and confirmation certificate together with the original copy of report card and NAT Certificate of Rating will be submitted upon enrollment.
*For Grade 10 transferres, please bring your NCAE Certificate of Rating
*Additional requirements for ESC applicants: Filled-up ESC student’s profile (Applicant Status) available at SJASQ Secretaries Office and ESC Certification for High School transferees
