Entrance Test Schedule will be every Saturday of the month starting January 10, 2015, 8:00 am to 12:00 nn. Testing fee is P100.00 to be paid in Treasurer’s Office then proceed to Guidance Center.

Requirements:

Photocopy of Report Card (latest Grading Period)

*Other requirements like two photocopies of NSO birth certificate, baptismal certification, Good Moral Certification and confirmation certificate together with the original copy of report card and NAT Certificate of Rating will be submitted upon enrollment.

*For Grade 10 transferres, please bring your NCAE Certificate of Rating

*Additional requirements for ESC applicants: Filled-up ESC student’s profile (Applicant Status) available at SJASQ Secretaries Office and ESC Certification for High School transferees
