Admissions

A student is enrolled in this institution if he/she has submitted his/her Form -138 and other similar transfer documents and requirements, has made payment with the school and has duly started attending classes. The enrollment of any applicant from a private school course which has neither govern­ment permit or recognition shall not be valid.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURES FOR NEWCOMERS:

  1. Secure Registration Form (RF) from the Information Section.  (Those who have not filled up RF yet.)
  2. Fill up the RF completely in the Registration Section.
  3. Proceed to the Approval Section after accomplishing the RF and present it together with the needed credentials to the principal.
  4. Get the Book Rental Slip from the Book Rental Slip Section for accomplishment then present this to the Registrar’s Section A.
  5. Proceed to the Assessment Section to determine the amount to be paid for the textbooks, miscellaneous fees, tuition and other fees then proceed to the Payment Section.
  6. Submit the approved RF to the one assigned in the Registrar’s Section.
  7. Proceed to the Textbook’s Section and present the accomplished Book Rental Slip together with the receipt to the one in-charge.
  8. Present the rented/bought books to the Textbooks’ Checker for counter checking and recording.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURES FOR OLD ENROLEES (with submitted RF)

  1. Fall in line in the Approval Section; present the F138 and claim the approved RF from the principal. High School students who are still taking summer classes will be enrolled after completion of summer classes with their credentials.
  2. Get the Book Rental Slip from the Book Rental Slip Section for accomplishment then present this to the Registrar’s Section.
  3. Proceed to the Assessment Section to determine the amount to be paid for the textbooks, miscellaneous fees, tuition and other fees then proceed to the Payment Section.
  4. Submit the approved RF to the one assigned in the Registrar’s Section.
  5. Proceed to the Textbook’s Section and present the accomplished Book Rental Slip together with the receipt to the one in-charge.
  6. Present the rented/bought books to the Textbooks’ Checker for counter checking and recording.
