Entrance Test Schedule will start from March 16, 2015 onwards except Saturdays of the month, 9:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Testing fee is P100.00 to be paid in Treasurer’s Office then proceed to Guidance Center.

Requirements:

Pre-elem: NSO birth certificate and Baptismal Certificate

Primary-Intermediate: NSO birth certificate, Baptismal Certificate and Photocopy of report card (latest grading period)
